Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our utmost goal here at Cheetahlish. To guarantee your satisfaction, we offer a 14-day money-back return policy on all purchases, both instore and through our online boutique based on the conditions listed below:

  • All returns must have original tags attached and be unworn, undamaged and unwashed and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • We do not accept returns on gift cards, earrings, clearance items, or items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Requests for return must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Online purchase returns will be credited to the same payment method used.
  • We do not refund shipping fees for items returned except in cases of item defect or damage in transit.
  • Colors variations from computer screen to screen can occur, therefore we accept all returns for any reason for the 14 day period. However, color variation by online screen differences cannot be a cause for return by defect. 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be made through one of the following methods:

  1. Money-Back Refund. If selecting this option, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  2. Exchange your item for another from our website. We provide and pay for the cost of the return shipping label.
  3. Store Credit. Receive a full refund of the returned items purchase price (excluding any shipping costs on the original order), in the form of a store credit, which can be used to make a purchase online or in-store.
